PredictAIN score is a machine learning algorithm that combines results from three novel urine biomarkers with clinically obtained blood and urine tests such as serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, urine specific gravity and urine protein to provide a probability of AIN. The three novel biomarkers include tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-9, and CXCL-9.*
